You see I am an old-time smoker, who had just sold a home in Lancaster, CA. One of the requirements from the new buyers is that tobacco smoke and smell be removed. I called SERVPRO of Lancaster East, CA, and spoke to David Garibay whom I felt was at my beck and call. He gave me a quote and had several updates to it after he was done speaking with me several times. David and his team came out to do the job. The pricing was very reasonable and overall David his team were very Gracious, Respectful, Courteous, etc. When they came in and did the job I felt it was like a brand new home. The buyers did their final walk-through and were extremely happy with the outcome. I am so pleased/happy with the end result that I would recommend this company to anyone! An absolutely remarkable and magnificent outcome!
