Flash Flood Damages Flooring Ventilation

In this event, this commercial business had multiple flooring ventilation systems, with access points throughout the facility. This most impacted area was the common room, where multiple access points were damaged at once. 

During the event of a flash flood, these ventilation systems became flooded and damaged multiple flooring ventilation access points. SERVPRO of Lancaster East arrived on the scene and began water extraction as seen in the first photo. Afterward, drying equipment was placed to dry out the vents, before replacing the filters and allows a repaired and restored ventilation access point.
