2nd Floor Water Damages, Spreads to 1st Floor Garage Ceiling

In this residential home, the water damage that occurred from the second floor was severe enough to leak into the ceiling of the garage directly below the incident. SERVPRO of Lancaster East carved out the impacted drywall as seen in the first image, as well as all flooring and carpet on both first and second floors. The removal of the damaged areas, allows our crew to continue monitoring for moisture readings in the case of potential mold growth. This process is currently underway, and will soon be ready to be patched up in the second photo for final painting and details.
