High Winds Cause Dirt Buildup in HVAC Duct

In this event, during the most recent high wind event of the High Desert, winds backed up so many HVAC systems SERVPRO of Lancaster East was called to multiple inspections. Upon arrival at this inspection of a commercial facility, our crew uncovered a pile-up of dirt and leaves that collected during the wind storm.

With the proper equipment and strategies, all buildup was removed from the HVAC system and swiped completely clean. Our crew even took the extra step, by replacing filters, and screens to prevent another serious buildup such as the one presented in the photos.
