Toilet Water Damage

In this residential bathroom, a copper pipe connecting to the toilet supply line burst causing a massive water loss throughout the bathroom and connecting hallways. SERVPRO of Lancaster East, CA provided swift services and managed to salvage the walls, saving this homeowner from more damages. After excess water was removed and dried, our crew removed the toilet first and then the damaged tiles surrounding the toilet. Fans were then placed to ensure a dry area to begin the restoration process. New tiles will be placed, along with a new toilet and this bathroom will be good as new to full operations!
